The Process
Step 1: Initial Consultation and Proposal
The journey begins with a consultation, either in person, via phone, or video call. This is where we will go over the customized proposal and get to know each other. We will discuss your vision for the day, and go over the details of our photography services. We'll talk about your wedding date, venue, photography style preferences, and any special requests you may have.
Step 2: Booking Confirmation
Once you're happy with the proposal, we'll move forward with booking your wedding date. I will provide you with a contract to review and sign, along with instructions for making your deposit payment. Once everything is finalized, your wedding date is officially reserved on our calendar!
Step 3: Pre-Wedding Planning
Leading up to your big day, we'll stay in touch to finalize the details. We'll discuss your wedding timeline, shot list, and any specific moments or details you want us to capture. I am here to answer any questions you may have and provide guidance to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your wedding.
Step 4: Engagement Session (Optional)
Many couples choose to include an engagement session as part of their photography package. This session is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other better and for you to get comfortable in front of the camera. It's also a chance to capture some beautiful photos of you and your partner in a more relaxed setting before the wedding day.
Step 5: The Big Day Arrives!
On your wedding day, I will arrive at the agreed-upon time and begin capturing the magic as it unfolds. From the getting-ready moments to the ceremony, reception, and everything in between, we'll be there to document every special moment and detail.
Step 6: Post-Production & Editing
After the wedding day, we'll carefully curate and edit your photos to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and style. This process typically takes a few weeks, but I promise it's worth the wait!
Step 7: Delivery of Final Photos
Once your photos are ready, I will deliver them to you in the format specified in your contract and make sure you receive your photos in a timely manner, ready to be cherished for years to come.
